Here is the answer if you are looking for the Wheres Wally Advent Calendar 2019 – THE WIZARD on day 14.

This one is a toughy! It’s a bit of a trick one really, as the Wizard you see behind the door really isn’t the full Wizard you are looking for because half of his body is hidden! However he is hidden in blind sight in a very very obvious location, just so tiny.

You” find the Wizard poking his head out above the white text box that says ‘Milk Chocolate Calendar’ just next to the dinosaur.
